We offer a straightforward refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days, we'll provide a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Subscription Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After 7 Days: Refunds are not available after the 7-day period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, the 7-day refund policy applies to the first 7 days after purchase. Partial refunds for unused months are not available.
Credit Pack Purchases
One-Time Credits: Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Unused Credits: Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We aim to process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
